Porok Picerija provides an online food ordering and delivery service. All prices are shown in RSD and include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
Orders are placed through the site. An order is considered confirmed once you receive confirmation by phone or email. A minimum order value may apply depending on the delivery zone.
Delivery is made within the area we cover. Delivery times are approximate and depend on current demand. Porok Picerija is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, traffic or weather conditions.
Payment is made in cash on delivery or pickup, unless stated otherwise. The amount on the receipt is final and includes all fees and taxes.
You may cancel an order by calling the phone number listed on the site. Complaints about food quality are accepted within 24 hours of delivery. In case of a justified complaint, the amount will be refunded or a replacement order will be delivered.
